The detailed operation process of the replacement of the plunger oil seal of the four-column Hydraulic Press:

The four-column hydraulic plunger oil seal is a mechanical element used to seal the oil between the lubricating part and the output part to avoid leakage. It is a double-lip oil seal with self-tightening spring covered by rubber. The four-column hydraulic machine has been used for a long time. The oil seal parts will be greatly worn out, so it needs to be replaced regularly. Next, we will teach us the seven-point process of replacing the oil seal with a four-column hydraulic machine.

Press the start button to raise the working channel; use four wooden sticks of equal height to hold the working channel firmly;

Remove the plunger and the bolt at the bottom of the channel;

Use a lubricated flat screwdriver to pry out the oil seal, and put the new oil seal in the oil seal groove as it is (pay attention to the downward lip of the oil seal);

Use the hand to pull the operating rod to separate the plunger from the channel, and lower the plunger to the bottom of the oil seal;

Use jog to raise the plunger point to the edge of the oil seal lip, and restrain the inner lip of the oil seal to the circumference of the plunger with a lubricated flat screwdriver. Pay attention that the inner lip of the oil seal cannot be damaged;

After determining that the inner lip of the oil seal is completely restrained to the circumference of the plunger, press the start button to raise the plunger;

The bolts that connect the plunger and the channel, remove the four wooden sticks that support it.
